Our professional team works with our clients to help attain the goal of functional independence, taking into consideration each individual's specific physical and psychosocial needs. We strive to give our clients the peace of mind that goes hand and hand with the feeling that our support and care provides during the important transition from hospital to home.
Whether you require a week or two of strengthening after an elective surgery, or more intense therapy following any other health trauma, our team strives to make your recovery as timely as possible, all in a warm, non-institution setting that helps your spirit to recover as your body does.
