Convalescent Hospital is a Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center that serves the following San Diego communities: Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, Mission Hills, La Jolla, Mission Valley, Hillcrest, Claremont, and downtown San Diego.

We are located close to the freeway, to Interstate 5 & 8, and to main bus routes. Situated within walking distance of restaurants, shopping centers, and hotels, the facility offers family members the convenience of easy access to activities outside the home.

We are aware that selecting the proper environment to rehabilitate after an illness can be daunting. Our trained staff is available to assist with every detail of placement, from the hospital or from home. We encourage you to tour our facility and meet with our Admissions Coordinator.
