Eden Valley Care Center is a 59 bed not-for-profit skilled nursing faciltiy that focuses its efforts on meeting resident needs and constantly strives to provide a home-like quality of life for its residents.

Owned and operated by the Soledad Community Health Care District (SCHCD), and proudly supported through the fundraising efforts of the SCHCD Foundation, Eden Valley Care Center offers amenities and services not found elsewhere. The Center is also supported by the legion of dedicated community-based volunteers who donate countless hours of their personal time in a common effort to provide the very best qualtity of life for Eden Valley Care Center residents.
